Five people were injured in a Navarro County house explosion overnight that required first responders to pull them from the rubble. Deputies responded about 11 p.m. Thursday to the collapsed structure in the 500 block of State Highway 31 in Dawson, a small town about 70 miles south of Dallas. Three of the people who were rescued were flown to Dallas area hospitals. Two sustained minor or non-life-threatening injuries.
