Five people were injured Wednesday morning when their car hit a van, drove through a chain-link fence and crashed into a building, police said.The crash occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the 2700 block of Storey Lane just east of Harry Hines Boulevard in northwest Dallas.A Nissan Altima took the brunt of the damage when it crashed into the brick building, police said. The driver of the van was not hurt, but all five occupants in the Nissan were taken to an area hospital with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening.The Nissan's driver is being investigated for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, police said.
