46-year-old Man Killed by Gunman at Apartment Complex Parking Lot in South Dallas, Police Say

A 46-year-old man died after a shooting at an apartment complex parking lot Thursday in South Dallas, police said.Shane Webb walked towards the back of the parking lot and was followed by the suspect who then shot the him about 4:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of J.B.
