3 in Custody After Kidnapping Victim Was Shot in Woods and Left for Dead

Kidnappers snatched a 44-year-old man from an east Oak Cliff home and drove him to a wooded area before shooting him and leaving him there to die, police say.Brian Kurt Porter, Don Hardge and Kenneth Williamson are charged with capital murder in Leon Gulley's death, Dallas County jail records show.
