3-acre Site Near Trinity Groves in West Dallas Sells to Urban Housing Builder

A large, high-profile property in West Dallas has been snapped up by a local builder with a track record of constructing urban housing.EcoView Homes recently bought the almost 3-acre tract on Sylvan Avenue near Singleton, close to the popular Trinity Groves district west of downtown. The property is now occupied by a hodgepodge of businesses, including a vehicle repair facility."EcoView Homes has spent the past few years acquiring contiguous parcels of property with the focus of building a meaningful mixed use project that will enhance the livability and lifestyle for the Trinity Groves," said EcoView's Harshal Broker.The development site, between Singleton and Fort Worth Avenue, is in an area that's rapidly redeveloping with new apartment and home construction."I have been helping them assemble several properties on this intersection for the past several years," said Scott Lake of Davidson & Bogel Real Estate LLC, who brokered the sale.  Continue reading...
