24-year-old Man Dead After Shooting at Fort Worth Strip Club

One man is dead after an altercation at a Fort Worth strip club ended in a shooting early Saturday morning, police said.The Tarrant County medical examiner's office identified the man as 24-year-old Omar Salazar, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Salazar was shot at The Roxy Showgirls in far north Fort Worth and was driven away from the scene by friends, Fort Worth police spokesman Daniel Segura told the Star-Telegram.His friends stopped their car in the empty parking lot in the 1200 block of NW 28th Street and called for help around 2:00 a.m, Segura said, but by the time first responders arrived, Salazar had died in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at 2:32 a.m.According to police, when Salazar's friends called for help, they asked for an ambulance and not police and were vague about details.
