23-year-old Drowned While Kayaking With Friends on Lake Ray Hubbard, Police Say

A 23-year-old man drowned while kayaking with friends Saturday afternoon on Lake Ray Hubbard, police said.Linto Philip "drifted into troubled waters and capsized" before he went underwater, police said. Dallas police, Dallas Fire-Rescue and the Texas Game Warden all came to the scene Saturday afternoon and recovered Philip's body. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.  Continue reading...
