Two people were killed near the same neighborhood in a pair of shootings late Thursday night and early Friday morning in South Dallas.The first incident happened just before midnight at an apartment complex in the 3000 block of Park Row Avenue.According to police, the first victim was taken by a private vehicle to Baylor University Medical Center and was pronounced dead later.
