18-year-old Last Seen in Far East Dallas May Be Danger to Self, Police Say

Dallas police are asking for the public's help finding an 18-year-old last seen in Far East Dallas who may be a danger to himself. Robert Ruiz was last seen about 5 p.m. Monday near the 1800 block of El Capitan Drive, near Garland Road. He was driving a white Chevrolet Tahoe with license plate FXR 5264.Ruiz is a 5-8 Hispanic man with black hair, brown eyes and a dark-colored beard. He weighs about 215 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue sweatpants and white shoes. Anyone who sees Ruiz is asked to call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.  Continue reading...
