Northbound lanes of Interstate 45 in southern Dallas County were closed Friday morning after an 18-wheeler crashed through a concrete median, hit a sign and veered into oncoming traffic.The crash occurred after 8 a.m. near I-20 in Hutchins, officials said.One southbound lane was also shut down after the crash.
