13 Injured in Crash Involving Two Dallas-bound Buses, Semi Truck

Thirteen people were injured in a crash Tuesday night involving two Dallas-bound buses and a semi-trailer truck, officials said. Traffic on part of northbound Interstate 35 between Hillsboro and Waxahachie had slowed about 10:30 p.m. for construction when one bus hit the back of a semi-trailer then struck another bus, Sgt. D.L. Wilson with the Texas Department of Public Safety said. One bus was a Megabus carrying 37 people. The other, an Americanos bus, had 48 people on board. It's unclear which bus struck the semi-trailer.Nine people, including the driver of the Megabus, were injured. On the second bus, two passengers and the driver had injuries.
