13 Dogs Abandoned in Wichita Falls Apartment Ate Walls to Stave Off Hunger

A Wichita Falls woman is accused of leaving 13 dogs to fend for themselves without water and with hardly any food in an uninhabited apartment covered in feces and urine, according to the Wichita Falls Times-Record-News.Angel Bright Sargent, 33, is being held in the Wichita County jail on an $18,000 bail after she was arrested on Saturday, jail records show.
