10-year-old Dead From Apparent Self-inflicted Gunshot Wound in Rockwall

A 10-year-old child died Monday afternoon after what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Rockwall police said. Police responded about 4 p.m. to a call about a gunshot victim in the 3000 block of Pineridge Drive, near John King Boulevard. The child was transported to Lakepointe Medical Center and later died. Circumstances around the shooting are under investigation, however, there are no signs of foul play, police said.   Continue reading...
