One man is dead and another is in custody after a shooting at a Plano apartment complex. Officers were called to The Place at Harvestree apartments in the 5400 block of Independence Parkway, near West Spring Creek Parkway, around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police told KXAS-TV (NBC5) that the shooting was a domestic dispute and that the suspected gunman had been detained.
