1 Injured, Driver Flees After SUV Plows in to South Dallas Home

One person was injured when an SUV crashed into a South Dallas home Wednesday morning.The vehicle plowed into a home in the 1300 block of Peabody Avenue, near South Lamar Street and Cedar Crest Boulevard, just before noon, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported. Police said the driver ran from the scene.One person was taken to Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. The severity of that person's injuries has not been released, and it is unclear whether the injured person was inside the home or a passenger in the SUV.  Continue reading...
