One person was injured after a suspect shot up a car in east Oak Cliff overnight, police said. The victim was shot by an unknown suspect while in his car about 3 a.m. Thursday. Several bullets struck his car and one struck his foot. He drove to Williams Chicken, 2909 E. Illinois Ave. near Bonnie View Road, where officers responded about 3:10 a.m. They had EMS check him put before transporting him to a hospital. No additional details have been released.
