One person died when a crane collapsed in downtown Dallas on Monday afternoon.The incident in the 1700 block of Arts Plaza, near Ross Avenue in the Arts District, happened just before 3 p.m., KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported.There are no details yet on why the crane collapsed.The victim's name has not been released.
