A man is dead after a shooting Tuesday afternoon in West Dallas, police said.Officers were called about 3:45 p.m. to the 1900 block of Calypso Street about a shooting. When they arrived, they found one man who had been shot.He was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said.The victim has not been identified.
