1 Dead, Another Critically Injured in Possible Drunk-driving Crash in East Oak Cliff

One person is dead and another in critical condition after a collision involving a possible drunk driver Monday in east Oak Cliff.The crash occurred around 7:45 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Ledbetter Drive, police said, when a blue Mazda SUV heading east in the westbound lane of the road crashed into a gray Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. The Ciera's driver died at Baylor University Medical Center, while a passenger was in critical condition, police said.The driver of the Mazda also was taken to an area hospital and is under investigation for possibly driving while intoxicated, police said.  Continue reading...
