A $1 billion mixed-use development in Farmers Branch is bringing hundreds of homes and apartments.The 370-acre Mercer Crossing development is on the north side of LBJ Freeway near Luna Road.Planned for more than 3,000 residents, the project will also include commercial and retail space.Developer Centurion American Development Group bought the property in 2015 and has been working on the project.  Continue reading...
