$1.5 Billion Frisco Station Project Opens First Building, More on the Way

A $1.5 billion Frisco development that's been in the works for three years is opening its first phase.The 240-acre Frisco Station mixed-use project on the Dallas North Tollway wraps around The Star, the Dallas Cowboys' new headquarters and practice facility. And, it's part of Frisco's $5 billion mile of major real estate developments stretching north of State Highway 121.The first 7-story office building in Frisco Station has opened its doors just over a year after the groundbreaking. Construction is continuing on two apartment communities and two hotels in the project, which stretches from Warren Parkway to Lebanon Road on the north.  Continue reading...
