The level of student debt in Dallas County has climbed precipitously over the past 15 years, and more and more folks with student debt aren't paying their loans on time.While neither is a revelation - given how college costs have spiked over the last 20 years, without a similar spike in wages - Tuesday's release of the Dallas Economic Opportunity Assessment by the Center for Public Policy Priorities and the Communities Foundation of Texas put some hard figures to those assumptions.
