Dallas' Horne and Dekker Closes

Henderson Avenue eatery closed Monday

The Horne and Dekker restaurant on Henderson Avenue in Dallas has closed their doors for good.

The restaurant, which we previewed when it opened in 2010, closed Monday according to Pegasus News. The news was later confirmed by co-owner Flynn Dekker himself.

Started by Shawn Horne and Flynn Dekker, the restaurant served up "gourmet comfort food" and a well-received Sunday brunch to the Knox-Henderson crowds.

Horne left the restaurant in 2011 to start up a new location in Fort Worth. Dekker hasn't announced future plans.
