Collin Co. Housewives Dish on Sex, Life in Suburbia

No subject off-limits on racy Web site

Five women write about everything from potty training and plastic surgery to shopping and sex on a racy Web site.

Collin County housewives are dishing about everything from potty training and plastic surgery to shopping and sex on a racy Web site.

The five women behind TheRealHousewivesofCollinCounty.com write about more than the good life in suburbia.

"I hate High School Musical almost as much as I hate Oklahoma," one of the writers said.

"And even if I never got paid a penny, I would do this forever, because I just love it so much," another woman said.

The writers did not want to be identified, but they said they have no problem sharing their opinions.

"It's nice to have the cloak of anonymity around you, because I'm able to say things I wouldn't normally say," one writer said.

The site launched this summer, and 4,000 people a month read it.

No subject is off-limits.

One writer said she planned to write about "cougars," women who go after younger men.

"It's about the Jonas brothers and how I adore them and how much I would like for them to take off those virginity rings," another of the women said.

"Some of the things I say I would never quite say in front of my child's teacher," one of the women said.

Another writer said she can talk about her neighborhood moms group, and the members don't know she is talking about them.

The site is not rated PG, but, contrary to popular belief, neither is life in Collin County, the women said.

"You can say whatever you want," one woman said. "You can talk about the things that aren't politically correct."

The women said they're also in talks with the Bravo network about a possible project, but were mum on the specifics.
