Ziziki's Taverna -- Organic Free Range Sliced Leg of Lamb topped with sweet red onions, Eggplant Salata flavored with Truffled Salt; Served on homemade Pita Bread and finished with our famous Ziziki Sauce.

Ferrari's Villa -- Spiedini of Scallops & Pancetta with Spring Pea, Pesto & Cherry Tomato Risotto Diver scallops wrapped in pancetta, skewered, then oven roasted till golden brown. Served with English spring pea, cherry tomato and house made basil pesto risotto.

Cafe Brazil -- French Dipped Banana Biscuits We take our freshly made Southern Style biscuits and infuse them in a Bud Light Beer Battered French Toast style of preparation with Bananas, Creme Anglaise, Cinnamon Sugar, Raspberry Sauce, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
