2/1: Cheap Thrills to Cure Ills

FREE SPIRIT: If it's your first time to try Dirt Cheap Yoga at Reverchon Park, then the place makes good on its promise of accessibilty: the first class is free. The location, convenient to Uptown urbanites and well-armed with eleven teachers, offers a class on Mondays from 6-7PM.

PACKAGE DEAL: Ferré in West Village reserves a special eight-item, all-star menu for Mondays, when $22.95 will get you a nice dinner off the open-fire grill and a ticket to a film at the Magnolia. (We'll vouch for Up in the Air if you haven't had the pleasure. There's a showing at 7:20PM and one at 9:50PM.)

SHAKE IT, HONEY: Oak Lawn's Round-Up Saloon, home of karaoke patrons with obvious pasts in show business, invites dancers of a similar calibur to hang out for free "intermediate" dance lessons each Monday via Juanita and DJ Dustin. If you don't have fun at this bar, you can't have fun anywhere. 8:30-10:30PM.
