12/27: Dudes Dressed as Lady Gaga at HOB Dallas

A Lady Gaga Tribute at HOB, Holiday Tunes at DSO and Blues at the Pearl

RAD BROMANCE: Five guys with a Lady Gaga obsession, plan to gather at the House of Blues Dallas tonight to pay homage to their queen monster. The Philly-based tribute band, Rad Bromance, armed with their “Poker Face” provides a rock-flavored twist to Gaga favorites (and they usually ditch the hair costume changes). Hear the all-male group perform cover magic in the Cambridge Room at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15. Doors open at 7 p.m.

CAN’T SHAKE THE CHRISTMAS BUG: If you’re still singing “Jingle Bells” in your living room, while snacking on leftover ham – you may be suffering a holiday hangover. The hangover usually passes by mid-January. Until then, bask in the yuletide season and visit the Dallas Symphony Orchestra as they present the holiday sounds of Mannheim Streamroller by Chip Davis. Celebrating 25 years as one of the most raved about Christmas shows, this is one holiday spectacular sure to get you feeling merry and bright just in time for the New Year. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $40.

THAT OLD (BLUES) FEELING: Tonight, Miss Marcy and her Texas Sugar Daddies perform a bit of classic blues-infused sets with jazzy undertones at the Pearl at Commerce. The band, prepared to have you reminiscing about the time jazz legends ruled radio waves, hits the stage at 6:30 p.m. and won’t step off until 8 p.m. The night of cool, smooth sound is free to all.
