1/14: Deucey Does Dallas

Rob Schneider at the Addison Improv

DEUCEY DOES DALLAS: Rob Schneider is best known for his bromance with Adam Sandler, even making cameo appearances in practically all of Sandler’s “Happy Madison” films shouting “You can do it” for the past decade. But, the “Saturday Night Live” vet knows how to take the lead on the stand-up stage and can hold his own on movie sets, especially as a male gigolo. Watch Sandler’s wingman do his thing this weekend at the Addison Improv. He will perform two shows tonight at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., two shows on Saturday at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and one show on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35.

I LOVE YOU, YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE: It’s that time of year again, when florists are flooded with red roses requests, heart-shaped candy boxes fill grocery store aisles and romantic gestures are expected. Along with the allure of Valentine’s Day comes the Off Broadway musical comedy “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.” As love blooms around Feb. 14, so do ticket sales for the show that lays everything out on the table about relationships. See the romantic hit open tonight at Theatre Three in Dallas at 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 to $50. The show runs through Valentine’s Day.

THE IRISH THUNDER: With legs that seem to be made out of silly putty, the cast of “Riverdance” knows how to entertain a crowd. Celebrating Irish music through the art of tap, the thunderous sound of unison stomping can put anyone in awe. Watch as the team of dancers frolic about the Verizon Theatre  for five performances beginning tonight at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 to $65. Doors open at 7 p.m.
