11:17: Henderson Stroll Plus…

OMG: This Lower Greenville beer haven is a perfect spot to relax after a long day with a cheese plate and of course, one of their bottled crafts. However, skip the Brie tonight (gasp!), and pull up a chair to the special beer pairing dinner that will include five varieties of brew from the Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown, NY. (New Yark Citay?!) Ahem. The menu features mushroom ragout, seared duck breast and a pumpkin panna cotta with graham cracker dust. Reservations are a must. $50, 7 p.m.

SO CAL TUNES: Surfer Jack Johnson gave this former professional skateboarder his break when he signed him to his music label, Brushfire Records. Matt Costa's breezy and occasionally peppy melodies should ensure a dandy ol’ time at the House of Blues. Check him out, then check him out. General admission is $12, Doors at 7 p.m., Show at 8 p.m.

CREDIT CARDS AND CANDLELIGHT: A stroll through gnarly shops amongst booze and candlelight? Sold! Snack on samples from some of the Henderson hood’s restaurants, while you shop yourself silly at stores like We Are 1976, The Gypsy Wagon and Sputnik Modern. Most retailers will be offering 10 to 50% off discounts. Free, 6 to 9 p.m.

TASTE AND TWEET: The Lakewood Whole Foods will be featuring 10 of their holiday wines at “easy to swallow” prices. Wine specialists will be floating about while you can be Tweeting about the booze. Free, 6 to 7 p.m.
