Texas Veterans Land Board Benefits Fair

State and federal officials join to help with veterans’ benefits questions

In an effort to honor and support Texas veterans, NBC 5 invites all veterans to the Texas Veterans Land Board Benefits Fair. This FREE 'come and go” benefits fair takes place on Saturday, February 22, at the Fort Worth Veterans Clinic located at 2201 South East Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76119 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Officials from the Texas Veterans Land Board will be on hand to provide information on state programs including land, housing and home improvement loans as well as Texas state veterans’ cemeteries and nursing homes for veterans. Joining them will be representatives from the Texas Veterans Commission and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Veterans wishing to discuss pending claims with VA officials should bring pertinent case information, including claim numbers, if available. Veterans are encouraged to drop in to learn more about their benefits any time between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and are not required to stay for the duration of the event.
