Bloody Naked “True Blood” Stars Vamp for Rolling Stone Cover

Oh, Suuhhkie.

Rolling Stone magazine’s new cover photo features “True Blood” hottie Anna Paquin provocatively wedged between her co-stars, Alexander Skaarsgard and (real-life beau) Stephen Moyer – all in nothing but their bloodied birthday suits.

The Matthew Rolston-snapped photo boasts the tagline “They’re Hot, They’re Sexy, They’re Undead,” the most important characteristic being the middle one, obviously.

"To me, vampires are sex," the HBO series’ creator Alan Ball tells Rolling Stone.

Moyer, who plays southern Civil War vet turned tormented vampire and Sookie Stackhouse lover Bill Compton, also breaks down the appeal: "If we go from a base level, vampires create a hole in the neck where there wasn't one before,” he tells the magazine. “It's a de-virginization - breaking the hymen, creating blood and then drinking the virginal blood."

"Plus, Robert Pattinson is just hot, right?" he adds.

But don't count Ball, who also created Six Feet Under, as a "Twilight" fan.

"I don't get a vampire story about abstinence,” Ball said. "I'm 53. I don't care about high school students. I find them irritating and uninformed."
