Victoria's Secret Model to Replace Fox in “Transformers 3”

British beauty has zero movie experience

No acting experience, no problem.

“Transformers” director Michael Bay has tapped 23-year-old Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for the role of resident bombshell in the third installment of the blockbuster franchise, according to reports.

The British beauty with zero movie experience will take over for the recently departed Megan Fox, who Bay first plucked from obscurity to wage war on decepticons. (Bay did direct Huntington-Whiteley in a Victoria’s Secret commercial last year).

According to reports, Huntington-Whiteley led a pack of big names in consideration for the coveted role that included fellow Victoria's Secret model and Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover queen Brooklyn Decker, “Hills” star Heidi Montag and Gemma Arterton.

The lingerie model scored the part after reading for Bay last week, Deadline Hollywood first reported.

She is set to play the new love interest opposite series mainstay Shia LaBeouf. Shooting for "Transformers 3" began several weeks ago, which gives Bay’s new discovery little time to hone her skills.

Earlier this month, Fox announced she was leaving the series of her own choice, though later reports suggested Bay made the call to shake up the cast.
