Judge OKs Deal to Get Stephanie Seymour's DUI Case Dismissed

Police say the 47-year-old Seymour backed her SUV into another car on a highway exit ramp in her hometown of Greenwich in January

Supermodel Stephanie Seymour will get a drunken driving case in Connecticut dismissed if she completes alcohol abuse treatment, attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and meets with victims of drunken driving accidents.

A state judge in Stamford on Monday allowed the 47-year-old former Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated model to enter diversionary programs that could result in the dismissal of charges stemming from two accidents on the same day in January in her hometown of Greenwich. No one was injured.

Seymour is expected to attend a six-week outpatient program for alcohol abuse, go to AA meetings twice weekly and meet with victim-impact panels twice.

Seymour apologized and said she was ashamed during the court appearance.

The charges would be dismissed in April 2017 if she completes the programs.
