Kelly Osbourne Hospitalized After Fainting During “Fashion Police” Taping

TV host experienced reported seizure during taping of "Fashion Police"

Kelly Osbourne suffered a reported seizure during a taping of "Fashion Police," E! confirmed to KNBC in Los Angeles.

The host of network's weekly celebrity fashion show fell ill while on set. Osbourne was rushed to a Los Angeles-area hospital.

"Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!'s 'Fashion Police' today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time," her rep said in a statement.

The daughter of rock star Ozzy Osbourne and television personality Sharon Osbourne is a co-host on "Fashion Police" alongside Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos. Program producer Melissa Rivers was standing in for Rancic on-air when the incident occurred.

A source close to the star told Access Hollywood that during the taping Osbourne suddenly felt unwell. Filming was stopped and water provided before she fainted. Melissa Rivers was seated next to Osbourne and was able to help her to the ground where a member of the studio audience (reportedly a medical professional) rushed to her aid.

In February Osbourne revealed via Twitter that she sprained her ankle after getting her shoe stuck in a bathroom drain. Osbourne's brother Jack made headlines in 2012 when it was announced that he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
