Kristen Wiig, ‘SNL' Cast Take on Mannequin Challenge

"Saturday Night Live" airs Saturdays on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET

Kristen Wiig returns to Studio 8H on Nov. 19 to host "Saturday Night Live" for the second time.

The fearless comedienne, who was previously a cast member for seven seasons, debuted a fresh pixie haircut in a video promo for the show.

Wiig and the "SNL" cast and crew became the latest ensemble to put their take on the viral trend known as the Mannequin Challenge, appropriately set to the sounds of Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles.”

The one-minute video snakes through a frozen set that includes Cecily Strong getting touched up in the makeup chair, Pete Davidson improvising a Coke bottle fountain, Colin Jost and Michael Che hashing things out behind the Weekend Update desk, and Leslie Jones posing for a selfie.

Fans of the show hope the "Bridesmaid" star brings back some of her most popular characters from her tenure on the show, like the over-enthusiastic Target Lady, afro-ed Gilly and one-upper Penelope.

The xx will make their musical guest debut. Their highly anticipated third album, “I See You,” will be released on January 13.

"Saturday Night Live" airs Saturdays on NBC at 11:30 p.m. ET.
