David Arquette Welcomes Son Charlie West

David Arquette and Christina McLarty are the proud parents of a baby boy!

The actor, 42, and the TV host, 33, welcomed son Charlie West Monday. Born at 12:35 p.m. in L.A., he weighed in at 8 lbs., 7 oz. and joins big sister Coco, 9, Arquette's daughter with ex-wife Courteney Cox.

"Mom, dad and baby are doing well," Arquette's rep tells People, which first reported the happy news. "They appreciate all of your well wishes and thank you for respecting their privacy at this time."

Arquette and McClarty began dating in 2011. In mid-2012, however, they broke up. "Sadly I'm single again," Arquette tweeted at the time. "A long distance relationship proved to be too difficult." They later got back together, and in November 2013, the couple announced they were expecting a baby.

Cox revealed their baby's gender during a Jan. 7 appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Days later, Arquette played coy about his son's name. "I've been a bit cryptic about it," the actor told E! News.
