It's been almost a decade since Britney Spears graced the stage of the Video Music Awards. And it's been 13 years since 'The Kiss' with Madonna set tongues wagging.
Now Spears is back.
MTV confirmed the singer is set to do it again for the Aug. 28 broadcast on MTV.
Spears, who will be dropping an album on Aug. 26, two days ahead of the broadcast, announced the appearance in conjunction with MTV on Twitter.
Spears is scheduled to be joined on stage by rapper G-Eazy and the pair will perform the lead single "Make Me..." from her upcoming album Glory.
