‘Survivor's' Jeff Probst To Launch ‘Live Like You're Dying'

Emmy-winning “Survivor” host Jeff Probst is launching a new reality pilot for CBS, according to several reports.

The show, entitled “Live Like You’re Dying,” will reportedly feature a person with a terminal diagnosis on what creator and host Probst called “the last adventure of their life.”

“It could be playing guitar with Eric Clapton or jumping out of a plane into a volcano,” Probst told EW.com. “Whatever it is that you’re still desiring to do in your life — we want to make it happen.”

Should “Live” get picked up, each episode will feature a new subject, whose journey could include reuniting with family members and friends, establishing a “legacy moment,” and even playing with Clapton.

Though it’s a show about the dying, Probst said it’s not about death.

“The story we’re going to tell is about living,” he said. “This is a show that is intended to inspire everybody to get the most out of their lives every day.”
