Ryan, who dated Farrah on and off for many years, and Alana and Craig, who documented the actress' cancer battle in the documentary "Farrah's Story," were not named in the trust.

The trust, which appears to be signed by the late actress, also stated that Farrah wanted to spend her last days at home.

"Settlor (Farrah) declares that she wishes to remain at home for as long as possible during any period of illness or incapacity and to die at home," the trust states.
