Michael Jackson's 911 Call Released

Michael Jackson was unconscious and not responding to CPR efforts when his people dialed for help, according to the 911 call released to Access Hollywood.

"We have a gentleman here who needs help, he's not breathing, we're trying to pump him but he's not breathing," an unidentified caller told emergency services on the call.

When asked how old the patient was, the called said, "He's 50 years old," but didn't identify him as Michael Jackson.

"He's not conscious. He's on the bed," the caller said. "He's not responding to CPR or anything – we have a personal doctor here with him."

When the 911 dispatcher asked if anybody witnessed what happened, the caller responded that the doctor had been the only one on the scene.

"No — just the doctor, sir. The doctor's been the only one here," he said.

In the background, a second voice – presumably the doctor – answered the caller's relayed question if he had seen what happened, saying, "Yes, I did, but they need to come."

Access confirmed on Thursday that a 911 call had been made from Michael's Holmby Hills home in the early afternoon.

The star was subsequently picked up by paramedics and taken to UCLA Medical Center, where news broke that Michael was dead.

The autopsy on Jackson was being conducted Friday morning. Results are expected to be announced later in the afternoon.
