Madonna Donates Clothes To Malawian Orphanage

Malawian orphans received a special care package thanks to Madonna and her adopted son, David.

The mother of three donated boxes of clothing from the growing little tyke to the Home of Hope Orphanage Centre recently, the orphanage David came from.

"These are clothes David can no longer use; they say he is quite a big boy now so he cannot use most of the clothes Madonna bought him immediately after he was adopted," a source close to the orphanage told People. "The children were excited to receive the clothes."

But Madonna didn't just stop at boxes of the now three-year-old David's clothing. She also sent children's books, including her own "English Roses," which were autographed.

According to People, the boxes were labeled "from David Ritchie to friends at Home of Hope – Malawi."
