Pop sensation Justin Bieber may face legal trouble after the singer randomly tweeted part of a phone number with a 214 area code earlier this month, telling his more than 18 million followers, "Call Me Right Now."
The final digit was missing, but thousands of calls flooded two Dallas-area residents.
"I picked it up and put it down, and it kept ringing," said Kent, who did not want his last name used in order to avoid harassment from fans. "They said 'Justin Bieber?' and I said, I said, 'No.'"
Bieber deleted the tweet, but the damage was done for Kent.
"I have a Justin Bieber fan line, and I've had to not answer my phone for three weeks," he said. "It's just taken my whole phone line away from me. I've had the phone for 20 and half years."
After realizing the reason for the onslaught of calls, Kent tried to reach Bieber's label with no luck. That's when he got a lawyer.
"I think it was a very reckless thing for Justin Bieber to do -- to put anyone's phone number to call," said attorney Emily Horton. "We're trying to avoid taking legal action. I'm just in the picture to get my clients a response from Justin Bieber's people."

Horton said they finally spoke with Justin Bieber's record company last week, but it had no comment.
"We're not sure if it was an accident or anything else," Horton said. "We have no explanation at this time, and that's one of the things my clients are seeking, is an explanation and an apology for what it has done to their lives."
It's not the first time there has been an issue involving a tweet from Bieber. In August 2010, Bieber tweeted a Michigan teenager's phone number after the teenager hacked the Facebook page of Bieber's friend to get the pop star's cellphone number.
