CBS Moves ‘The Mentalist' To New Night, Cancels ‘Without A Trace,' Picks Up ‘Medium'

Patricia Arquette is moving her psychic "Medium" character from NBC to CBS this fall.

CBS has a move planned for another crime-solver, too. The network says it will shift its hit show "The Mentalist" from Tuesday to Thursday nights.

Viewers can say goodbye to "Without a Trace," ''The Unit" and "11th Hour." CBS says it's canceling the three dramas.

The network will introduce new shows next fall with Julianna Margulies as a disgraced district attorney's wife and Jenna Elfman as a film critic who gets pregnant after a one-night stand.
