NBC 5 and Fort Worth Cultural District Museums and Community Arts Center invite you to celebrate the rich and diverse cultural offerings in Fort Worth for Day in the District happening Saturday, September 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Known for its legendary western roots, Fort Worth is where culture and heritage thrive together. The City embraces the arts and is home to some of the most beautifully designed museums in the world, with outstanding collections and a vibrant performing art scene.

Cultural  District  is  home  to  many  acclaimed  museums  and  cherished  community  organizations. These institutions are happy to announce the 11th Annual Day in the District, a celebration of the rich and diverse cultural offerings in Fort Worth, with exciting, entertaining, and interactive programming and performances.

Along with the free admission visitors can park their cars and enjoy events and venues all day, as the district is pedestrian friendly, with a free bus circulator. Food trucks will be selling concessions and beverages in front of the Fort Worth Community Arts Center.
