Heard Plant Sale 2014

April 12-13

The Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary will open its doors to the public for the much-anticipated Spring Plant Sale, Saturday and Sunday, April 12 and 13.

Landscaping with native plants is a great way to lessen water usage during a drought.  For over 20 years, veteran and novice gardeners have flocked to the museum in McKinney, Texas for this rare chance to purchase plants from a huge selection of the best plants for North Central Texas gardens at the annual Spring Plant Sale. This year the museum will feature native, hard-to-find herbs, and well-adapted plants.

All sales are tax free and the proceeds benefit Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary. See a list of plants available for purchase at http://www.heardmuseum.org/plantsale.
