NBC 5 and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation invite all veterans in North Texas to the Hiring Our Heroes Job Fair on Thursday, March 20. The workshop starts at 9:00 a.m. and the job fair takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Grand Prairie Reserve Complex located at 379 Armed Forces Drive, Bldg. 8300, in Grand Prairie.
Hiring Our Heroes was launched in March 2011 as a national program. Working with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s vast network of state and local chambers and other strategic partners from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s goal is to create a movement across America to help veterans and military spouses find meaningful employment in hundreds of communities where veterans and military families return every day.
