Four Rangers Spring Games Picked Up Nationally

If you're hoping to catch a lot of Rangers spring training baseball, but don't have the time or resources to make it out to Arizona, there are least four you can catch on your television screen.

MLB Network announced on Wednesday that they have picked up four Rangers spring training games to televise nationally.

The schedule will feature three games against AL West rivals and one against an old friend in a new place.

The network will televise two Rangers-Angels games โ€” on March 10 and March 24, both at 3 p.m. โ€” as well as a game against the new AL West darling Seattle Mariners on March 22 at 3 p.m.

Perhaps the most intriguing game will be against Rangers GM Jon Daniels' old right-hand man A.J. Preller, who is the new GM of the San Diego Padres and has taken the baseball world by storm with his complete, high-dollar facelift of the Padres roster. The Rangers and Padres will play on the network on March 14 at 3 p.m.
