Texas Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz experienced chest pains Friday morning and has undergone a full battery of tests, the team says.
Cruz was evaluated at Del Webb Medical Center and all tests have come back negative. He is expected to be released after a stress test.
The Rangers said Cruz may be back on the field as early as Saturday.
