If They Made Another “Cars,” You Knew They Were Gonna Make Another “Toy Story”

Like just about everybody this side of Armond White, we loved "Toy Story 3," and the film made a mountain of money, so why wouldn't Pixar make another one?

“I think there will be, yeah. I think they’re working on it now," Tom Hanks told the BBC when asked about the possibility of another installment. Hanks, of course, had an option in his contract for No. 4, so once No. 3 made a mint, it was only a matter of time.

A lot of people felt that the last film was the definitive end of the franchise, and while it definitely felt like the end of an arc, it didn't feel like the end of the line. They're toys that come to life, so really the possibilities are endless.

This isn't to say that they should make another "Toy Story," 'cause we love it when someone leaves the stage on a high note, but we'll happily take our kid to see another.

In the meantime, the "Toy Story" short "Hawaiian Vacation" is showing with "Cars 2," if you just cant wait. Or, if it's Tom Hanks you're after, "Larry Crowne" will be here Friday.

Now when do we get that "Incredibles" sequel we've been waiting for?
