Vince Vaughn's Triplex Penthouse Hits the Market for $18.4M

Nobody will ever know whether it was the steep $24.7 million price tag or the fact that the triplex penthouse never officially hit the MLS that caused Vince Vaughn's posh unit to linger on the market. In attempt to remedy the situation and find a buyer for his 19-room triplex penthouse, the A-list actor recently officially listed the home on the open market and reduced the price to $18.4 million, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Vaughn scooped up the top three floors of the Palmolive building in 2006 for $12 million, so the funny man is obviously looking to turn a big profit on the sale of his pad. The public listing boasts that the home includes five bedrooms, four full and four half baths, a top-floor screening room, a billiards/game room and a gigantic terrace. Most eyebrow raising of the 12,000-square-foot unit's features is the restored "Playboy" office that once belonged to Hugh Hefner when Playboy's headquarters were situated in the building.

Any bets on whether this luxe triplex penthouse warrants a $18.4 million price tag?
